Analog Feedback Mechanical Load Control

A Great Addition to Your Centrifuge!

The Analog Feedback Mechanical Load Control is a fully enclosed, solid state device to replace the Servo Loading Control. The electronics for the Analog Feedback Mechanical Load Control assembly are located on the unit for easy access and simplified installation.

The Analog Feedback Mechanical Load Control mounts to the centrifugal in the same position as the paddle for the Servo Load Control; the gate positioner replaces the Servo Box on the gate shaft. Slight modification of both the valve lifter base and gate shaft is required.

The Analog Feedback Mechanical Load Control can be integrated into most Allen-Bradley PLC systems if an electronic operator interface (graphic terminal) is present. For centrifugal installations with other types of controls, an optional electronics package is required.

What's Happening at Western States

Team Member Spotlight

Rick Heitman

Western States Rick Heitman

Rick Heitman, a Western States team member since 1978, is our Quality Assurance Engineer. Typically, we like to think of Rick as our in-house “firefighter” as he deals with our vendors (if they have questions); with our customers (if they have improvement feedback); and with Western States assemblers and buyers (to make corrections for future orders). Rick brings an extensive amount of experience and knowledge to the table. He has worked as a welder, a welding supervisor, an assembly floor supervisor and vendor liaison during his tenure here.

Before coming to work at Western States, Rick was employed by Mader Metal Works in Fort Thomas, Kentucky where he welded Western States’ basket valves and other sheet metal parts as a Certified Welder. Rick’s favorite memories revolve around playing softball with the Western States team in the late 70’s and early 80’s.

Rick and his wife of 38 years, Kay, have two sons: Sean (wife Kristin and 5 year old granddaughter, Mason) and Keith (a dedicated bachelor). When not at Western States, Rick is an avid boater. He and his wife own a houseboat and go down to Lake Cumberland in Southern Kentucky just about every weekend – weather permitting Spring, Summer and Fall. Favorite sports? Rick loves baseball, football and college basketball.

So the next time you find yourself in a real quality bind with no time to waste, please feel free to contact Rick.
