FILTERING CENTRIFUGES

The Quadramatic™ is an under-driven, bottom discharging or top unloading centrifuge developing up to 2,000 gravities of filtering force. The Quadramatic™ centrifuge features the Monocut™ discharger which has a full length plow blade and removes the product in a single inward motion with no vertical travel. The fully perforated basket provides a very high drain rate to quickly separate the solid and liquid portions of the feed slurry. By properly specifying the filter and backing screen combination a wide range of particle sizes can be separated. The Quadramatic™ centrifuge is available in capacities from 0.1 ft³ to 33 ft³. Available in ruggest link suspension design or compact inertia pad design.
