Design Features

• High Filtering Capability with 800 to 2,000 gravities of force.
• Horizontal design assures even coating of the filter and avoids vibration problems due to loading.
• Polypropylene PTFE cloth.
• Gas tight to 400mm H2O (0.6 psig)
• Automatic Front Housing (cover) Locking Ring.
• All degrees of mechanical and electro-polish available.
• Efficient cake removal and minimal residual cake (heel) with non-fouling blade, air knife and reverse blow-back from rear of filter.
• Solids discharge chute is a steep 30° (37° on largest units) and assures no product hang up.
• Integral Inertia Mass Pad and Hydro Viscous Dampers allow installation directly onto the floor.
• Through-the-wall installation provides separation of clean room and mechanical service areas.
• Shafts and bearings serviceable from rear (service area) side without contaminating the process side.
• All process surfaces can be visually inspected.
• Fully accessible gaskets and seals.
• Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) Design.
