Western States provides a 24-hour emergency service hot-line for our customers. Our team of experienced service personnel and engineers is expert at repairing and maintaining Western States centrifugals. Service and support is extended by Western States licensees in South Africa and Australia.

Western States provides maintenance training classes in customer’s facilities covering everything from maintaining our original ROBERTS ^TM centrifugals to programming the latest VFD’s and PLC’s.

Preventive maintenance can save thousand of dollars in costly parts, downtime and unnecessary maintenance. Western States provides service contracts specifically designed to meet the preventive maintenance needs of the individual customer.
